All New players must have a completed Form, Birth Certificate, Mother's/Female Guardian's birth month/day and Photograph.
All Returning players must have a completed Form and Photograph (Fall Season Only).

Minimum age requirements must be met prior to 10/01/09 (no exceptions).

It is imperative that your child be registered on time.  Once teams are formed, uniforms ordered and game schedules set; additional registrations cause enormous heartache and work for soccer administrators.  If you know of anyone new or returning please let them know about these registration dates.

We are in need of volunteers in all areas.  If you can help in some way please let us know at registration.

Mandatory Fundraising
All teams will need a Team Parent please consider volunteering. ( Main Duty: Liaison between Coach and Parents so the Coach can spend more time on the fields with the kids than on the sidelines passing things out to parents. Thank you in advance.
